My gas furnace finally gave up after a long 32 years, but it happened 3 days before Christmas. BPM came to the rescue and got me a whole new system in less than 48 hours! They even provided space heaters in the meantime. The installers were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They came back on new years eve to install the rest of the system. They work fast and efficiently. I got a whole new furnace, AC, humidifier and high quality filter (for my allergies) all the the same price I was quoted the furnace and AC alone from the competitors here. We have had an issue with Blower motor in our HVAC. We contacted 9 HVAC companies and they are all advised to replace the entire system but Mr.Rich from BPM is very kind to ask about the actual problem and provided 3 different options one of them is to replace the actual issue instead of replacing the full system.
