However we end up at your door, the experience runs the same way. Every BPM visit means licensed HVAC and plumbing professionals, clear communication, honest pricing, and technicians who respect your home and your time. Here’s what to expect, start to finish.
Tell us what's going on, and we'll get you on the schedule at a time that works for your day.
You'll get a confirmation and an "on the way" notification before your technician arrives — so you're never left guessing or waiting around.
Your technician walks you through what they're going to do and what it costs before any work begins — in plain language, with no pressure.
We complete the job, clean up after ourselves, and make sure everything's running right before we leave.
You typed Myersville into that search bar on purpose. Not Frederick. Not Hagerstown. You’ve been down that road — you find a company, the website says they serve your area, you call, and somewhere in the conversation you find out your address is just past where they want to drive. They apologize. You start over.
So before you read another word about what BPM does or how great the technicians are, here is the direct answer: yes, Myersville is in BPM’s service area. Not a stretch. Not a judgment call. Frederick County is the core of what BPM Heating, Cooling & Plumbing covers, and Myersville sits squarely in it.
Now, if you’re also dealing with an actual HVAC problem — the heat that stopped keeping up on cold nights, the system that runs constantly but can’t hold temperature, the unit that’s making a sound it never made before — that’s a separate frustration layered on top of the coverage uncertainty. You’re trying to figure out whether it’s even worth making the call before you know someone will show up. That’s a reasonable thing to want to resolve first.
We recently had our HVAC serviced by BPM Heating and Cooling after the blower went out right at the start of a heat wave. As newcomers to Boonsboro from Montgomery County, we weren’t sure where to turn without the usual big-name options nearby.
BPM is a truly family-owned business that still believes in honesty, integrity, and doing the job right not just making a quick buck. Shawn and Mike were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They prioritized our needs, fixed the problem quickly, and communicated every step of the way.
I don’t usually rely on reviews, but BPM has absolutely earned this one. Add me to the list of happy customers. We’re glad we signed the service contract and even happier to know we’ve found our go-to team for HVAC in Washington County and beyond. Thank you, BPM!

BPM is the only HVAC and plumbing company in the area that I trust. I’ve been through a few others who are a complete racket that over charge and under deliver on their services. BPM is always on time, sends amazing people who care about their work, and always charges reasonable rates. We love working with them and and will continue to use them for years to come!

Certifications & Licensing
Manufacturer dealer status and state licenses aren't decorations — they affect which warranty terms you get on new equipment, who's allowed to pull your permits, and whose installation work the manufacturer will stand behind.

Manufacturer dealer certifications require demonstrated installation quality, verified customer satisfaction ratings, and completed factory training. Premier and Authorized status also unlocks enhanced warranty options on new equipment — terms that aren't available through uncertified installers. The LG Pro Platinum designation is LG's highest contractor tier, covering cold-climate and inverter-driven systems specifically.
BPM operates out of 300 E 4th St in Frederick — Myersville is a straight shot west, roughly ten minutes on Route 40. There is no distance surcharge for Myersville addresses, and scheduling works the same way it does for any Frederick County customer. Same-day availability applies here.
When the technician arrives, the visit starts with a conversation — what you’ve noticed, when it started, whether anything changed. BPM technicians explain what they’re checking and why before they start, walk you through what they find, and get your approval before any work is done. You hear the honest assessment of what the system actually needs, not a pitch for the most expensive fix. If the repair makes sense, that’s what gets recommended. If the system is genuinely at the end of its life, that gets explained clearly too — with options at different price points.
The full range of BPM’s services is available in Myersville: heating repair and installation, AC repair and installation, heat pump systems, ductless mini-splits, plumbing, water heaters, and seasonal maintenance. The Comfort Club maintenance plan — two HVAC tune-ups per year plus an annual plumber visit, with 20% off repairs and priority scheduling — is available to Myersville customers on the same terms as everyone else.
When the work is done, the technician walks you through what was repaired, why it failed, and what to watch for. The goal is that you end the visit knowing your system is handled and knowing who to call next time — without any uncertainty about whether that call will actually get someone to your door.

Two companies came out, wanted to sell me the moon, knew something was not right! A friend said to call BPM, you came out simply said not a problem will get it done! Honesty and integrity goes a long way! A + company!

We needed our heating system looked at because it wasn’t heating up the house. Thankfully I called BPM and a live person answered the phone right away. Thankfully I did not have to listen to endless recordings. Instead, I spoke with Samantha which was very polite and answered all my questions. She was able to fit us in for the very next day. The service technicians were right on time. Shawn and an assistant (ooops can’t remember their name) serviced our heater and answered all my questions and explained in detail each issue. In addition, he offered the maintenance plan that we signed up for and saved 20% off our repairs. Our heater is working now!! Thank you for great service!!!

I was surprised to get same day service and it was fixed the same day. It was also nice that they repaired my unit since it is so old and I don’t want to replace it at this time. Other companies tell me don’t fix it but get a new one, it was great service and Mike the technician was very informative. I was very happy and signed up with the company for maintenance.

BPM’s shop is at 300 E 4th St in Frederick. Myersville is about ten miles west via Route 40 — a direct run with no significant travel complication. For a Myersville customer, that means the same response windows that apply to Frederick proper: same-day availability during business hours, next-morning scheduling for non-emergency work.
Myersville sits in the foothills of South Mountain, and the housing stock reflects it. Many homes here are older — some significantly — and were built before modern HVAC standards. Ductwork configurations in older Frederick County rural homes tend to be non-standard, and systems are often a generation or two behind what you’d find in newer suburban construction. BPM has worked on historic homes in the Frederick area, including properties from the 1890s and early 1900s, and the technicians are accustomed to diagnosing systems that don’t match a textbook layout. Homeowners curious about HVAC options for older houses will find the technicians well-prepared for those conversations.
The elevation and exposure in Myersville also means heating systems carry a heavier load than they do a few miles east in the valley. A system that’s marginal in Frederick can fall short in Myersville on a hard January night. BPM evaluates systems in the context of where they’re actually running, not just against a spec sheet. For homes where a conventional forced-air system is struggling, ductless mini-split options in Myersville are worth exploring as a supplement or replacement.
Maryland HVAC licensing requirements apply uniformly across Frederick County, and BPM pulls permits and coordinates inspections wherever the job requires it. There is no difference in service scope or pricing for Myersville addresses.

BPM services Myersville as part of its standard Frederick County coverage. The shop is in Frederick on East 4th Street — Myersville is about ten miles west on Route 40, and it is a regular part of the dispatch area. Call (240) 200-0887 and give your address; a live person answers and can confirm scheduling on the spot.
No. Myersville is close enough to Frederick that it does not add meaningful travel time, and BPM does not tier response windows by proximity to the shop. Same-day availability applies to Myersville the same way it does to any Frederick County address. When you call, BPM will tell you what the actual schedule looks like for your day — there is no separate queue for customers farther out.
No. BPM does not add a distance surcharge for Myersville addresses. The pricing you would be quoted for a repair, installation, or maintenance visit is the same as it would be for a customer in Frederick. Comfort Club membership is also available at the same rate and includes the same benefits — two HVAC tune-ups per year, an annual plumber visit, priority scheduling, and 20% off repairs.
BPM’s same-day service capability covers Myersville. For urgent heating failures during business hours, the response process is the same regardless of your address — you call, a live person assesses the situation, and a technician is dispatched. BPM has rearranged schedules to accommodate urgent calls, and Comfort Club members receive priority scheduling. BPM does not offer 24/7 emergency service, so for a failure outside business hours, the next available appointment would be first thing the following morning.
BPM has documented experience with older Frederick County homes, including properties from the 1890s and early 1900s with non-standard ductwork and aging systems. The technicians are accustomed to diagnosing equipment that does not match a standard layout. When they arrive, the visit starts with a conversation about what you’ve noticed — they are not working from a script that assumes a newer home.
The Comfort Club maintenance plan is available to Myersville customers on the same terms as anyone else in BPM’s service area. It includes two HVAC clean-and-tune visits per year (spring and fall), an annual plumber visit, priority scheduling, and 20% off any repair work. You can enroll when you call to schedule service — (240) 200-0887.
Full range.
