Continuing to Learn, Train, and Improve

BPM Heating, Cooling & Plumbing founder Bert Miskell recently traveled to Westborough, Massachusetts, for a two-day roundtable and training session with LG.

The visit included conversations with LG executives about strengthening the LG Pro program, improving the relationship between contractors and the manufacturer, and finding ways to create a better experience for homeowners.

Bert also spent time at LG’s state-of-the-art training center, getting hands-on experience with some of the company’s latest HVAC equipment and technology.
